QUALITY ENGINEER (QE) – BATAM BASED
Requirements :
- Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering from reputable university with min GPA 3.0.
- Having 2 years experience in manufacturing environment as Quality Engineer.
- Good and strong understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC), 8D Problem Solving and FMEA methodology
- 6 Sigma Green Belt trained or equivalent is preferred for continuous improvement project
- Able to communication in English both oral and written, demonstrate leadership skill to drive for excellent quality performance and having positive attitude.
- Willing to stay in BATAM.
PROJECT MANAGER – BATAM BASED
Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering from reputable university
- Having at least 5 years experience as Project Manager in manufacturing company for managing product transfer or new products set up
- Understand Industrial Economic Study, Costing Analysis and Project Management. Successful candidate will be required to advise the project analysis and potential business decisions.
- Understand manufacturing and supply chain process, able to analyze issue and problem solving
- Understand manufacturing and quality performance, manufacturing strategy
- Able to build good relationship with other party and customer focus.
- Good communication skill in English (French is an advantage), good leadership skill for managing a project team.
- Willing to stay in BATAM.
PURCHASING ENGINEER – BATAM BASED
Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial / Electronic Engineer / Management from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
- Minimum 2 years Purchasing experience in manufacturing operation
- Having Negotiation skill, Supplier and Data Management is essential. Like to work with Numbers
- Familiar with SAP system or Other ERP system in the MM module
- Good command in English both spoken and written, Other Foreign Language, French or Chinese is a plus
- Strong leadership personality with good communication skill, being analytical and a team player is crucial.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to stay in BATAM.
SUPPLY PLANNER – BATAM BASED
Requirements:
- Education is Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or related fields from reputable university.
- Holding APICS certification will be an advantage.
- Having knowledge in Stock Management and Inventory Control. Working experience in a Distribution Center will be an advantage.
- Understand SAP (PP and MM)
- Good communication in English both verbal and written
- Having positive attitude, able to work under pressure, high achievement orientation and demonstrate a leadership skill.
- Willing to stay at BATAM
